We are looking for someone who loves the game of tennis, enjoys working with athletes of all ages and skill levels, and believes in meeting players where they are while helping them reach or exceed their goals.
Our coaches do more than teach tennis skills. They help develop confidence, character, discipline, and a lifelong love for the sport. The ideal candidate is positive, dependable, coachable, and passionate about creating an encouraging learning environment for every player.

- Help players improve technically, mentally, and physically while encouraging confidence and personal growth.
- Assist the Head Tennis Professional with on-court instruction, player organization, and class management.
- If the Head Tennis Professional is unavailable, the Assistant Coach must be comfortable leading and managing classes independently after observing and assisting with a minimum of three (3) classes taught by the Head Tennis Professional.
- Arrive 10 minutes before each lesson or group class to prepare the court, equipment, and lesson environment.
- Actively move around the court during group sessions, providing instruction and feedback to all players rather than focusing on only one individual.
